Dhukurrdji Lodge Terms & Conditions

Individuals/Businesses that book accommodation agree to the current rates and terms and conditions of Dhukurrdji Lodge as follows:

Tariffs:

Tariffs are subject to change without notice.

Payment: 

Full payment is required by Credit Card for bookings upon check-out unless otherwise arranged with management.

Please note a 2% merchant fee applies to all credit card transactions.

AMEX credit card payments will attract a fee of 3.4%.

All accommodation and meals booked to a debtor account, with prior approval from management, will be charged weekly in advance for the duration of a guests stay and attract a surcharge of 5%.

Any booking not having been secured with a valid credit card or authorised chargeback form within 24 hours will be automatically cancelled without notification to the client or their travel agent.

Cancellations:

Cancellation must be in writing via email: info@dhukurrdjilodge.com.au Please quote your booking number, surname and dates of arrival and departure.

For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made seven full days prior to check in time (2:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in.

If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, an amount equalling 25% of the total accommodation quoted above will be retained (or one night's accommodation whichever is greater).

Bookings can be moved, however prices may change depending on the new booking period and amendment fees may apply.

The same cancellation requirements as indicated above apply to Group bookings (3 or more on-site accommodation), however 21 days' notice must be given in this case.

If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.

If the guest books a long- term reservation and decides to cancel the reservation before the start date, the first month of the reservation is paid to the host in full and not refunded to the guest.

If the guest books a reservation and decides to cancel the reservation during their stay, the guest is required to pay the host for the 30 days following the cancellation date, or up to the end date of the guest’s original reservation if the remaining portion of the original reservation is less than 30 days.

Check In and Out:

  • Check in time is 2pm unless otherwise arranged with Dhukurrdji Lodge
  • Check out time is 10am unless otherwise arranged with Dhukurrdji Lodge

 **If you require a late check out a fee equal to an additional day’s accommodation will be applicable.  Arrangements can be made if you would like your belongings securely stored for the day at no charge.

Casual Meals: All casual meals are to be paid by EFTPOS, there are no debtor trading accounts available for casual meals.

 Lost or damaged property: Any lost or damaged property including keys, will be charged to the pre-authorisation credit card.

Rates:

Total accommodation $195.00 (all prices quoted are inclusive of GST) includes dinner and breakfast.

If you require additional meals outside of your check-in / checkout times these can be purchased onsite via our EFTPOS facilities.

Travel Insurance:

Dhukurrdji Lodge strongly recommends Travel Insurance as it may protect you if you cancel your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances.
